Being Unique...Yes, we are all indeed Bio-Individuals, each of us so different in our own unique way, we enjoy differences in life, along with our food choices, likes & dislikes. Therefore, it is key, to not feel restricted in anyway, especially when you’re aiming towards a healthier you, there is no need to stick to a “spesific recipe” or “meal plan”, that leads to you feeling demotivated & restricted, especially when entering a healthier lifestyle for the first time.  It is more about educating yourself on what foods to eat that best suits your body & lifestyle needs. Allowing yourself to take a healthier, mindful approach. Health is a lifestyle & not a destination.
