MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I'm Charissa, as a extremely passionate health and wellness coach specialising in health and fitness. I aim to share health, by creating healthy plant based dishes using mainly clean, wholefood. I share simple ways on how to incorporate more clean, plant-rich food into your lifestyle. I am also a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher & fitness enthusiast living in Asia Singapore. I offer health coaching services both virtually Internationally and of course locally throughout Asia.
I practice a healthy holistic approach to your overall health and wellness, therefore meaning that I look at how all areas of your life is connected. I focus towards female health and wellness, whether you're a busy housewife, mum or business woman. I will provide you with continues support and be your coach on the side. I don't put you on a deprivation diet, what I do is, focus on what works for you, we are all unique and there is no one diet that fits all. I work with females supporting with the achievement of realistic sustainable weight-loss, targeting areas of Inflammation within the body, along with getting down to your inner gut health, the gut is linked to your second brain and many more, therefore this is a very vital area linked to overall health and wellness. I focus my role as a Health Coach around working with you as my client in finding the cause of the symptom you might be experiencing, from there we will identify the key areas and work together from there, allowing to phase out the areas that could be contributing to these factors. I don't prescribe or treat a symptom relating to a medical profession, I purely support you on the healthy holistic approach.
Do you tend to feel stressed? Could it possibly be causing you to overeat on some days, are you sleeping enough? Being drained and tired can impact on various elements within your health and wellbeing, therefore it is important to have balance when it comes to some aspects in your life. As we work together, I will aim to support you as a coach on the side, therefore we will connect on all parts of your life and how it affects your health as a whole.
I don’t restrict calories, carbs, fats, or proteins. I aim to avoid a restrictive lifestyle as we want to aim to ensure we have a unique sustainable lifestyle that caters to your needs.

One person’s food and lifestyle might not worker another, the main focus will be in achieving realistic sustainable health goals. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive sustainable lasting changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
Lets work on your unique Plate: We will look at your Plate and focus on the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. The unique plate I will use, shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with your lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!
