These simple to make Vanilla Caramel Apple Blondies are a soft and free from additives, made with minimally processed ingredients!

A square that can be enjoyed as breakfast even, made with healthy and wholesome ingredients!

Tasting just like apple pie, these flourless blondies need just a few simple ingredients to make.

Think of these as a hybrid between brownies but almost an apple pie.

By adding walnut butter to this recipe, you not only getting that delicious nutty texture come through. But walnuts are high in good fats, minerals, vitamins and of course fiber!

Walnuts boasts that they have higher antioxidant activity than most nuts. (**). High in Vitamin E, melatonin as well as many plant compounds (polyphenols).

Walnuts are significantly higher in omega-3 fat than any other nut, providing 2.5 grams per 1-ounce (28-gram) serving (*)

Omega 3 fats from plant foods are known as essential fats, therefore we do require these fats to be added to our diet. They play part in various processes, especially reducing inflammation.

The polyphenols in walnuts can help fight this oxidative stress and inflammation.



1/2 Cup of chopped apple

1/2 Cup of walnut butter or peanut butter

1/3 Cup apple puree

1/3 Cup coconut flour

1/3 Cup Almond Flour

1 Packet of toasted coconut crunch @cocobynuco

3 Tbsp Monk Fruit Syrup

2 Servings of Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel

1 Tsp Apple pie spice

1 Tsp cinnamon

1 Tsp gluten free baking powder

Dash of nut milk if needed


Start to preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix very well until a very thick batter is formed. You can also use a food processor as you need to pulverise the sliced chopped apple with the nut butter.

Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with the granulated sweetener of choice (optional). Bake in the oven for 35minutes, or until the tops are golden.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 40min / 1hour before slicing.
