CHOCOLATE CINNAMON SPICE CHIA PORRIDGE

CHIA CHOCOLATE CINNAMON PORRIDGE LAYER:

Serv: 3 Pax

1 Tablespoons of Dark cacao powder (unsweetened)

2 Servings of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Chocolate

1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon

1/3 Teaspoon of pumpkin spice

1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

1.5 Cups of Pea Milk or Macadamia nut milk

1/2 Cup of coconut yoghurt

2 Large Medjool dates

1/2 Cup of Chia Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

.

Start by first blending the Pea/Macadamia milk with the dates and coconut yoghurt until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and chia seeds. Mix well and add the rest of the ingredients to the mix. Keep overnight in the fridge before serving the next morning.

.

Once it has set overnight you can scoop out your desired layers, start with 1 scoop of coconut yoghurt followed by 1-2 tablespoons of chia porridge in each of your x 3 glass porridge bowls, or you can simply keep the remainder in the fridge if you are only serving the porridge for one. The chia seed porridge leftovers can be kept for 3 days in the fridge.

Sprinkle some dehydrated pumpkin spiced apple slices, along with a few dehydrated chewy figs.
