DARK CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUTTER CUPS

Why not marry rich healthy raw cacao with Clean Lean #Plant #protein, lets enjoy the best of both worlds without the nasties and trans fats you get in commercially store bought chocolate protein cups.

I see way too many ‘health’ bars out there claiming they are everything from healthy detox, to #muscle gain, #keto, paleo and what not. Simplicity is key, why not make your own clean bars or cups where you know that you have full control of what you add to these cups.

#Cocoa is rich in #polyphenols, which have significant health benefits, including reduced inflammation and improved cholesterol levels. However, processing cocoa into chocolate or other products can substantially decrease the polyphenol content.

Why spoil this by adding nasty ingredients to it, lets make our own by using some additional plant ingredients we know we can trust and rely on.

I have therefore made us of Nuzest’s clean lean chocolate protein powder for this, not only is is LOW carb, low fat, but high in good quality amino acids, yes it contains all essential amnio acids that the body needs and can not produce.
