1 Cup of Organic frozen berries

1 Serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Chocolate

1 Frozen Banana

3 Tablespoons of light coconut cream

1/2 Cup of coconut flesh (fresh)

2 Tablespoons of Chia seeds

2 Tablespoons of buckwheat groats

1 Tablespoon of cacao nibs

1 Cup of Macadamia Nut milk



Pop all the above into your blender, blend until smooth, pour out and sprinkle with your favourite toppings.
