Add quality protein - I used Nuzest Clean Lean Protein within these balls..
But why protein? Protein gives that extra mental boost as it stimulates the increased activity of our neurotransmitters (keeping us alert), the amino acids from protein allows us to feel fuller for longer along with many other benefits.
Don’t forget Omega 3 fats, this is a great anti-inflammatory fat + it feeds our brain along in reducing bad cholesterol.
