Below is a delicious yet healthy way to celebrate making little caramel bites with a soft dusted strawberry coating.

- 1 Cup of organic quick oats

- 1 Cup of desiccated coconut

- 1/2 Cup of cashew nut butter

- 2 Servings of Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel

- 1/3 Cup Almond flour

- 1/2 Cup of Almond butter

- 4 Large Chopped Medjool dates

- Teaspoon Vanilla extract

- Pinch of cinnamon



1/2 Cup Melted cocoa butter

1/4 Cup of Cashew Cheese (smooth)

3 Tablespoons of yacon syrup or liquid sweetener

2 Tablespoons of coconut oil

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract


Same as above you just add in 2 tablespoons of raw cacao and 1 serving of Nuzest Good Stuff Caramel Vanilla

Sprinkle with Strawberry Kids Good Stuff or whatever topping you prefer.


First start by placing all the ingredients of the filling into a food processor, until a dough like consistency is reached.

Then shape out your round balls, or whatever shapes you prefer, once done, keep them in a airtight container in the freezer for 40min before you start covering them in their chocolate coating.

White chocolate ingredients, you start by melting the cocoa butter over a stove of hot boiling water, just warm enough for it to melt.

Once melted remove and then mix in all the other ingredients until smooth.

Remove the balls from the freezer and coat them with your white chocolate coating.
