These easy to make healthier no bake keto chocolate cookies are soft, chewy and the perfect dessert recipe ready in minutes! Made with almond flour, cocoa powder, these keto cookies are Paleo, Vegan and Gluten Free!
1.5 Cups of Almond butter
1/2 Cup of monk fruit syrup
1.5 Cups of Almond flour
1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/4 Cup ground flaxseed
1.5 Cup of cacao powder
1/4 Cup of crushed toasted cacao coconut chips
Ensure the almond butter is runny, add all the ingredients to your food processor, once blended to dough consistency start rolling out your dough and cutting out the cookie shapes. Pop these cut out cookies in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Remove and it is optional to stack them and create a chocolate filling in the centre. Freeze again for another 30min allowing the chocolate centre to set.
