INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup cacao paste

1/3 Cup of coconut oil

2 Tablespoon of cacao powder

2 Sachets of Monk Fruit Sugar

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 Serving of Kids Good Stuff Chocolate

FILLING: NUTTY CHOCOLATE

3.5 Tablespoons of smooth Almond butter

1/2 Serving of Kids Good Stuff Chocolate

1 Tablespoon of coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt the cacao paste in a bowl over a double boiler at a low temperature. Once melted remove and add in your mix from the “chocolate coating” - coconut oil, cacao powder, Kids Good Stuff, vanilla extract, Monk fruit powder. Whisk until smooth.

Using your mould shapes, fill half of the mould with the chocolate mix, pop in the freezer while you make the Nutty filling. Mix all the ingredient of the nutty filling until smooth, take the silicone mould out of the freezer, then add a dollop of the nutty mix into each silicone mould, once done, then add the remainder of the chocolate mix. Cover the entire nutty filling to the top.

Keep in the refrigerator for 30 min until set. Remove from moulds, pop them into your mason Glass jar, and keep in the fridge.
