Lethargic, bloated, foggy-headed, uncomfortable… they’re all common symptoms that can keep people from achieving their health and fitness goals. Often undetected food sensitivities can lead to this consistent blame.


Often small simple changes in our meal plans can allow us to find those trigger foods. Below is a simple process free alternative to enjoy as a morning #breakfast / pudding. Inspired by a breakfast brownie without the refined grains.


Enjoying a wholesome protein soluble fiber breakfast is a great way to prevent those unnecessary sugar spikes.





I enjoy the variety of proteins we can get from using plant based ingredients, therefore I often tend to add Nuzest's Clean Lean Protein to my meal plans, not only does it contain all the 9 essential amino acids. Nuzest Clean Lean Protein is also sugar free.

This is why I wanted to create a simple yet easy meal that is not only healthy but delicious too. With each ingredient selected you can most certainly opt for another alternative within the same category.



OVERNIGHT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PORRIDGE


SERV: 1 Pax


INGREDIENTS:


1 Cup of Organic Rolled Oats

2 Tablespoons of raw cacao powder

1 Serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Chocolate

1 Tablespoon of hempseed

1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed meal

1/2 Cup of coconut yoghurt

1/4 Cup chopped fresh strawberries

1 Cup of macadamia milk

1 Tablespoon of Almond butter

2 Tablespoons of Yacon Syrup

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract



INSTRUCTIONS:


Mix all the dry ingredients tougher, once done then start mixing in the wet ingredients.

Once all is mixed, you can pop it into your glass jar and leave in the fridge overnight or have it within 2 hours after being refrigerated as a pudding alternative with clean nutritional benefits.

Sprinkle some fresh strawberries and coconut flakes.
