These delicious keto almond flour waffles are crispy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside. They're just as good as the real thing less the processed ingredients.
2 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
3 Large Eggs
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp Erythritol
1/2 Cup coconut milk
2 Cups of Almond Flour
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tbs coconut oil (for greasing the waffle iron)
Set the temp at 60C on the waffle maker, start by adding the ingredients into your mixing bowl. Start off with the wet ingredients then gradually add the dry ingredients. Once mixed, pour the mix into the waffle maker and cook for around 5min.
Once done, allow to set aside while you prepare your filling.
1 Tbsp almond butter (runny)
1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1 Tbsp monk fruit syrup
3 Tbsp of coconut yoghurt
Blend all the ingredients until a smooth paste is achieved. Once done you can spread the filling in-between some of the layers adding a few slices of fresh figs and some toasted coconut from @cocobynuco
