These cookies are an easy snack or breakfast option- Naturally gluten free and vegan, there is an option to keep it completely sugar-free too!
PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL CARAMEL COOKIES
Yield: 12 cookies
2 Cups of gluten-free rolled oats
1 Whole banana
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/3 Cup dark melted chocolate
2 Tbsp Toasted coconut flakes
1 Tbsp date puree
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Mix the above ingredients well and start shaping out your cookies. Once the cookies are shaped you can sprinkle a little Vanilla Caramel powder on top before baking. Vanilla Caramel powder from @nuzest Kids Good Stuff.
Bake for 20-25min, allow to cool before serving.
