RASPBERRY CHAI POPSICLES


INGREDIENTS:


2 Cups of Fresh coconut water

1 Cup of Raspberries

1/3 Cup soaked chai seeds

1 Lemon juiced

1 Teaspoon Strawberry powder

1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract

1/2 Teaspoon Lacuuma powder


INSTRUCTIONS


Blend all ingredients together in your vitamix, however make sure you have pre-soaked the chai seeds for at leas one hour prior, 1/3 Cup chai seeds ratio to water is 1 Cup of water.

Pour mixture into the popsicle moulds and pop into the freezer for 2-3 hours before serving.
