INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
1/3 Cup Hemp seeds
1 Cup of Quinoa Flakes OR Oat flakes
1 Cup almond milk
1/2 Cup of coconut milk
2 Teaspoons of Yacon syrup
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon of flax meal or chai meal
zest of one lime
1 Teaspoon macadamia nut butter

For the topping:
1 Serving of Strawberry Clean Lean Protein or Kids Good stuff
3 Tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
1 Tablespoon of coconut cream
The BASE:
Start first by soaking the 1/2 Cup of desiccated coconut, hempseed in your Almond milk by adding the yacon syrup and vanilla extract.
Mix the above well, leave aside for 5-8 min then add in all the other ingredients by using one large mixing bowl.
At the end blend the topping together and drizzle over the entire bowl.
