Within this recipe, I have incorporated Nuzest Vanilla Clean Lean Protein powder, it is indeed my one stop go to when it comes to those added benefits from the quality that the clean protein has to offer.


I believe protein is key when it comes to the growth of our muscle, recovery, skin, hair, nails and many more.


I also used Yacon syrup as a sweetener alternative, thanks to its LOW GI sugar profile, a great alternatives for syrups and it also has benefits of added pre-and probiotics.

VANILLA WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CUPS


INGREDIENTS:


1 - 1/4 Cup cacao butter (raw) ensure it is chopped into pieces

1/2 Cup of smooth macadamia nut butter

1/2 Cup of Yacon syrup (LOW GI)

2 Servings of Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla Protein powder

Pinch of sea salt

2 Drops of raspberry flavoured oil, depending on the level of depth

INSTRUCTIONS:


Start to add the chopped cacao butter to a heat safe bowl and place it above a pot with a couple of inches of water in it, making sure that the bowl is not touching the water.


Allow to melt gently occasionally stirring, once melted remove from the stove and start mixing all the other ingredients into the melted mix. Keep the Vanilla protein powder aside as you will add this last once the mix is completely mixed.


You can use your own cup shaped moulds, pour each mould equally and once done, keep in the freezer for around 40 min before serving.
